The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon and the Elephants of Côte d’Ivoire will be battling for the top spot in group F during their encounter this Sunday December 28, 2025 at the Marakech stadium.
Both teams won their first group games and currently enjoy the lead in the group.
Prior to the encounter both sides declared their intentions to win the game indicating the tough match full of action and spectacle.
While Emerse Faé, Coach of Côte d’Ivoire said the lions are a very combative team that fights till the last minute, David Pagou of Cameroon said Cote d’Ivoire are defending champions and they would give their all to defend their title.
Both sides also took part in the pre-match training session during which three players of each side expressed their determination to play for a victory during the clash this Sunday.
