During the closing ceremony, the Chadian Minister of Tourism Development, Culture and Handicrafts Abakar Rozzi Teguil hailed the brotherly ties between Chad and Cameroon.
He also thanked the Presidents of both nations for contributing to the successful organization of the 6 day festival.
Routouang Mohamed Ndonga Christian, Chairman of the Tokna Massana General Supervisory Commission highlights described the event as a success.
