In a significant show of solidarity, traditional rulers in Cameroon have reaffirmed their full support for President Paul Biya’s candidacy in the upcoming 2025 presidential election.
This declaration was made on Monday, January 27, 2025, in Yaounde, following the election of the new President of the Executive Bureau of the National Council of Traditional Rulers of Cameroon, H.M Guy Tsala Ndzomo.
The traditional rulers from all the ten regions of the country, gathered for an executive meeting in the presence of the Minister of Territorial Administration, Paul Atanga Nji. During the meeting, they expressed their unwavering support for President Biya, citing his commitment to serving the country as a key factor in their decision.
